Piñatas are made to order and turn around time is usually around 2 weeks. If your order requires express turn around, please contact as immediately at shipping@amazingpinatas.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. US shipping prices vary item to item due to volume. If you are inquiring about a custom order that requires shipping, please contact us directly at shipping@amazingpinatas.com.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the Uniited States, we apologize.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us through our contact page and we will do our best to respond within 2 business days. Returned items will only be accepted undamaged and in its original packaging 14 days following delivery. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Refunds will be returned to the original payment. Custom orders are non refundable.
